Winter Storm Watch in Southeastern Wyoming

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Watch in Southeastern Wyoming, USA.
Heavy snow and blizzard conditions are possible in the forecast area. Total snow accumulations of 6 to 12 inches, with locally higher amounts are possible. Blizzard conditions and significant drifting are likely with heavy snow and wind gusts as high as 60 mph.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Winter driving conditions can be expected. Rapidly accumulating snow could make travel difficult over some locations. Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow. The hazardous conditions could impact commutes through the entire warning period. 
The alert area covers Central Laramie County; Central Laramie Range and Southwest Platte County; Converse County Lower Elevations; East Laramie County; East Platte County; Goshen County; Niobrara County.
The alert remains in effect from late Tuesday night through Thursday afternoon, 3/14/2019.
