Winter Storm Warning in Western Colorado

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning in Western Colorado, USA.
Heavy snow and winds gusting as high as 40 mph are expected on elevation above 8000 feet. Total snow accumulations of 4 to 7 inches are expected below 8000 feet, with 10 to 20 inches above 8000 feet. Up to 30 inches possible on higher west-facing slopes. 
ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Winter driving conditions can be expected. Rapidly accumulating snow could make travel difficult over some locations. Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow. The hazardous conditions could impact commutes through the entire warning period. Power lines could be impacted by the persistent moderate to heavy snowfall rates.
The alert area covers Gore and Elk Mountains, Central Mountain Valleys; Grand and Battlement Mesas; West Elk and Sawatch Mountains.
The warning remains in effect from 6 AM this morning to 6 PM Thursday, 3/7/2019.
