Winter Storm Warning in Western Colorado

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning in Western Colorado, USA.
Moderate to heavy snow is expected in the forecast area. Additional snow accumulations of 5 to 10 inches are expected.  The heaviest snow will generally fall above 9,000 feet.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Winter driving conditions can be expected. Rapidly accumulating snow could make travel difficult over some locations. The hazardous conditions could impact commutes through the entire warning period. Power lines could be impacted by the persistent moderate to heavy snowfall rates.
The alert area covers  Flattops; Gore and Elk Mountains, Central Mountain Valleys; Grand and Battlement Mesas; Roan and Tavaputs Plateaus; Uncompahgre Plateau, Dallas Divide.
The warning remains in effect until 6 AM Thursday, 3/14/2019.
