Tropical Storm Selma is about to hit landfall in Central America with flooding rain and dangerous conditions.
Selma formed South of El Salvador during the early hours of Friday and it is expected to make landfall near the border of El Salvador and Guatemala.
Despite Selma current weak strength, flooding rain, mudslides and harsh conditions will still threaten lives and property across Central America.
The heaviest rains may focus on El Salvador and Eastern Guatemala.
Roads may become damaged or impassable.
Airline passengers should prepare for possible flight delays and cancellations in the affected area.
