The judge-executive has declared a State of Emergency in Perry County after heavy rains lead to serious flooding.
Homes have been damaged and people have been displaced due to the dangerous water this weekend.
No serious injuries or deaths came out of the flooding.
There is going to be some landslides and mudslides
Use caution while driving and be alert of rising water.
