Blizzard Warning in Western North Dakota

The National Weather Service has issued a Blizzard Warning in Western North Dakota, USA.
Blizzard conditions are expected in the forecast area. Total snow accumulations of 10 to 15 inches, with possible isolated higher amounts, are expected. Wind gusting as high as 65 mph will create areas of blowing and drifting snow.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Winter driving conditions can be expected. Rapidly accumulating snow could make travel difficult over some locations. Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow. The hazardous conditions could impact commutes through the entire warning period. Power lines could be impacted by the persistent moderate to heavy snowfall rates.
The alert area covers Dickey; Emmons; Foster; Kidder; La Moure; Logan; McIntosh; Sioux and Stutsman counties.
The warning remains in effect from 6 PM this evening through Thursday afternoon, 3/14/2019.
