Blizzard Warning in Western Nebraska

The National Weather Service has issued a Blizzard Warning in Western Nebraska, USA.
Heavy snow and winds gusting as high as 65 mph are expected in the forecast area. Total snow accumulations of 10 to 18 inches are expected. Period of most intense winds begins Wednesday afternoon continuing through Thursday afternoon.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Winter driving conditions can be expected. Rapidly accumulating snow could make travel difficult over some locations. Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow. The hazardous conditions could impact commutes through the entire warning period. Power lines could be impacted by the persistent moderate to heavy snowfall rates.
The alert area covers  Banner; Box Butte; Cheyenne; Dawes; Kimball; Morrill; North Sioux; Scotts Bluff and South Sioux counties.
The warning remains in effect from midnight tonight to 6 PM Thursday, 3/14/2019.
