Blizzard Warning in Northeastern Colorado

The National Weather Service has issued a Blizzard Warning in Northeastern Colorado, USA.
Heavy snow and very strong winds as high as 65 mph will develop over most of northeast Colorado Wednesday afternoon and Wednesday night. Total snow accumulations of 6 to 12 inches are expected in the forecast area.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Winter driving conditions can be expected. Rapidly accumulating snow could make travel difficult over some locations. Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow. The hazardous conditions could impact commutes through the entire warning period. Power lines could be impacted by the persistent moderate to heavy snowfall rates.
The alert area covers Central and East Adams and Arapahoe Counties; Elbert, Central and East Douglas Counties Above 6000 Feet; Logan County; Morgan County; North and Northeast Elbert County Below 6000 Feet, North Lincoln County; Northeast Weld County; Phillips County; Sedgwick County; Washington County.
The warning remains in effect from noon Wednesday to 6 AM Thursday, 3/14/2019.
