Blizzard Warning for Northern Manitoba

Environment Canada has issued a Blizzard Warning for Northern Manitoba.
Blizzard conditions are expected to develop this morning over Churchill and York.
A low pressure system is bringing snow to Churchill and York today. Strong northerly winds of 50 gusting to 70 km/h will develop in Churchill and York Tuesday morning. 
The strong winds will combine with the falling snow to create blizzard conditions. Blizzard conditions will begin Tuesday morning. 
The visibility will be reduced to 400 metres or less in blowing snow during the blizzard.
Conditions will improve Tuesday evening when the winds begin to diminish.
